Final Close Audit for Inactive Employees

Summary:

We are trying to create a report that identifies Inactive Employees without a Final Close date and haven't had any payroll activity in the last 18 months. This is to clean up our data as well as function as an ongoing audit to update the Final Close date.

We are not using auto complete rules to populate the Final Close date.

Content (required):

This was originally built in OTBI but has since been rebuilt in BIP due to the data volume but is still giving an error after 12 hours. If we add additional filters at the lowest organizational hierarchy level, it will complete. However, that would require the report being run for 100+ selections. The root cause seems to be the date range as the recommendation is to only look at payroll activity in the past 15-30 days. We have tried using the Balance Value Effective date and the Payroll Actions Effective date.

Howdy, Stranger!
