2-way match PO invoice not debiting expense acct

PO invoices against a 2-way match PO are debiting the accrual account and not the expense account.

As there is not a receipt, there is not an offsetting entry in the accrual account. Two way match PO invoies should be debiting the expense account .

Please advice if we are missing any configuration
