Privilege to search for persons
Setting up new role for helpdesk to link user to SSO account and assign roles, reset passwords. Can't search for person in Manage Users currently
I am trying to setup a custom role to block ability to delete user accounts or modify roles, etc from our helpdesk team. I've got it nearly working but when trying to go to either Setup and Configuration> Manage Users, or My Client Groups>Person Management they cannot search for existing persons. They have access to the required screens, but it always brings back no results.
What privilege or data security do I need to allow them to search persons in the organization?
