How does Absence qualification plan works?when will it be refresh andcalculate new fresh entitlement

Summary: we have defined Absence qualification plan with plan term of rolling forward and Term duration with 364 days.

• Now, Employee applied first absence 7th Nov 2020 but it is not approved. Got denied.
• Second absence applied by same employee on 27th Jan 2021 - 28th Jan 2021( approved). Now system will calculate absence entitlement based on 27th Jan and add 364 to this, and calculate end entitlement date to be 26th Jan 2022.
• My question is : from 27th Jan 2022, when ever Employee applies leave, will absence entitlement gets refreshed and calculate again fresh entitlement from the leave first day employee applies absence from 27th Jan 2022 onwards (example- employee applied leave from 28Jan 2022 till 30 Jan 2022, will system calculate fresh entitlement from 28 Jan 2022 to 27th Jan 2023?
