Requisition Descriptive Flexfield is not shown in Requisition Header part

Hi all,

I created a descriptive flexfield called "departmant" in "Manage Requisition Descriptive Flexfield" part of Purchasing foundation. When i create a requisition, i am not able to see department field i created it. After i save and close requisition then i

check the requisiton, departmant field can be see but is its values are not selectable.

What should i do to see descriptive flexfield? May you help me about this issue?
