23C - AUTOMATIC ACCRUAL RECALCULATION WITH ENROLLMENT END DATE

As per the release notes it mentions that the accrual will be automatically calculated when the enrollment is manually end-dated. I have manually end-dated an absence plan in 23B and 23C. In both I do not see any difference. Is there any specific use-case of this feature ?

Worker has frond loaded absence plan with X hours from 01-Jan. Enrollment is end-dated manually say(25th August). In both 23B and 23C, do not see any difference with respect to calculation.
