Supervisor Hierarchy Type - Area of Responsibility.

Summary:

Supervisor Hierarchy Type - Setup

Content (required):

Hello SMEs,

We have a requirement that an HR should have access only to a specific Manager and not on its underlying direct reports and/or indirect reports. Our team just wanted to know if there is a way that this can be achieved via AOR - Supervisor Hierarchy Type.

Example Scenario:

Juan as the HR with AOR Supervisor Hierarchy - Top Manager

Jane as the Line Manager

Juancho as the direct reports of Jane.

What we want to achieve is that Juan should have access to Jane ONLY and not with Juancho.

Howdy, Stranger!
