Hi All,

Is it possible to change the automatic assignment of queues. For example, the [Category: Academic Probation – Fixed Term Appointment] is automatically assigned to a queue that is incorrect, and I need to adjust it so it automatically gets assigned to [Queue: Pay, Leave & Benefits].
