In Task Manager, is it possible to require an attachment to Yes/No question ?

In FCCS Task Manager I cannot combine a Yes/No task question with an Attachment request, this can only be done with a Multi-line Text type question.

In FCCS Task Manager I can't combine a Yes/No task question with an Attachment request, this can only be done with a Multi-line Text type question. It would be very useful to be able to require an attachment with a Yes/No task question.

At the very least, it would be useful to set the number of lines in the Multi-Line Text question type to one line instead of having a three line minimum.
