How to change notification notification bell icon number icon

We have received feedback about the lack on contrast on our notification bell number icon, it is white against a medium pink background - minimal contrast and difficult to see. (see screenshot)


We have tried to modify the color in Page Template Composer with no success. Anyone know how we can change this color?
