how to download a full file using BICC extract run

Summary: We recently started to USE BICC but we are still doing some testing for HR extract. I ran a scheduled extract on "person". The extract shows success but I am unable to see any button to download a full file. Extract output appears to have to go to UCM or OCI storage.

I have no clue as to

1. If BICC does generate a full file on the portal

2. Where can I download a full extract file to run

3. How is typically data transmitted from HCM/BICC to the outside?
