For Uruguay there is a law on the Plan for the Valuation of Containers and Packaging Materials (VALE).

This new Packaging Management Plan aims to comply with the recovery rates for packaging waste, regardless of its material, in order to achieve reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of this waste

I would like to understand if there is any functionality in Oracle Cloud that allows managing this legal requirement or if Oracle plans to implement a solution to support this legal requirement.
