how to hide organizational chart to employees and managers

Hello, the client would like to hide the organisational chart from the employee and manager profiles, leaving it visible to the HR and administration profiles and would also like to hide from employees and managers the ability to navigate the organisational chart from their profile view. Do you know how this can be done?
