How to make Gate Entry in Receive Expected Shipment non-mandatory?

Summary:

Transfers on the premises don't need a gate entry number. For example, a transfer from packing facility to a production facility. How can I make Gate Entry field non-mandatory in this case? I am not able to do it through Sandbox.
