Can we make the disability section under Personal Details as mandatory or default the Country as US?
Summary:
We have a requirement to make the disability section as mandatory for US Employees or at least default the country to US so that Employees don't skip this section while filling out the Personal Details. As this section is at the bottom of the page and not mandatory, currently many of the employees are not filling this information and ultimately it has a effect on Benefits
