Restrict the learning specialist visibility to some offerings
Hi all,
Our business need is to restrict the learning specialist visibility to some offerings in the my client group-learning-offering page. We are thinking to create a custom offering DFF where we map the legal entity to which the offering is related so that, an HR, can see only offerings of his/her specific LE.
We know that the only way to achieve this requirement is to create a custom "Data Security Policy Based Access" to limit the visibility about offerings to learning administrators (learning specialist). We read the whitepaper Learning Cloud Access Control and we tried to create the custom data security policy inside the WLF_LEARNING_ITEMS_F assigning it to the "Manage Catalog Learning Offerings Privilege".
