Changing template in Job Requisition creation flow

Hello,
we need to implement a Job Requisition creation flow where the Hiring Manager starts the creation of a Job Requisition mainly to enter the information in the "Details" section; then, the Recruiter has to select the correct template to be used for the specific Job Requisition.
About a month ago, we found a possible solution by creating an empty template for the Manager, In this way, the Manager could select his specific template, enter the info in the "Details Section" and then click on Save and Close. After that, the Recruiter could click on the Job Requisition (draft), change the template with the correct one, fill in all the remain information and click on Submit.
