POD to POD data movement enabled with quick mode does not finish all DM steps and fails with random errors in transformation stages for random XYZ dim

POD to POD data movement enabled with quick mode does not finish all DM steps and fails with random errors in transformation stages for XYZ dim but when executed from Data Exchange there are no errors for any dimension and works as expected.

Does this always need execution only from front end data exchange? If no, then why this fails with strange errors when run through DM Rule?
