Thoughts on why Career Details are not showing up on the Skills Center

We believe we have the Skills Center set up as expected. We also have the privileges set up based on this document: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/23c/faidy/set-up-career-details-in-career-development.html#u30239939

However, the Career Details banner just spins (see screenshot below). Career Ambassador is set up. Model Profiles are set up based on Jobs, etc.
