Why is comp time used so difficult to read?

Summary: We have employees asking why comp time used is presented in a split-up fashion even though it's entered as one amount when comp time is entered (attached is a comp bank log for a user for May). Is there a way to clean it up so that it's consolidated by day? For example, can we get May 17 to be displayed as -8 hours, instead of broken as -1.07 and -6.92?
