How to search directory for Inactive employees? Assignment Status is not option in Advanced search

Summary:

The Directory page does not include inactive employees in results and using the advanced search option does not include filters for Assignments Status or Effective As-of date.

Content (required):

The directory page offers a plethora of detail pages under the "Show More" left side menu and is desirable for use of employees that are not full HR and need to see various employee information.

Other pages such as "Person Details" do include these options in advanced search.

There is a bit of a work around if you use one of the other pages such as "Person Details" or "Person Management" or any screen where results have the orange dots "More Information" shortcut menu (not all do), you can then click on the employee name in the pop-up menu and then this will take you to the directory page for the selected employee, even if inactive.
