Need to send an Alert Notification via Email, when new member is added/joins to a Community

Content (required):

Whenever a new community is created and when Community Manager adds new member to a Community/When user itself joins a community.

Is it possible to send an Alert Notification to member saying that you have been added to this Community.

Is there any existing Expression that i can use for this scenario.
