Groovy expression validator is not working as expected for Descriptive flex filed validator

Summary:

We have created few Flex fields in Document of records and as part of validation we have used groovy expression to validate the entry based on run time entries, the vaidator is not giving exact result everytime and getting error even the field is within the validation limit,
