AccuTime Integration Issues

Does anyone use AccuTime for their timeclocks?

We have been having issues with our integration, apparently since go live 2.5 years ago, and I've been trying to get the clocks to send over different time types (we have regular hours time types for full time, part time, and seasonal, so 3 total), and cannot get them to pass to Oracle. I tired a support ticket but that yielding nothing but the link for setting up a time collection device. Any help from someone who has integrated with AccuTime and can successfully pass different time types to Oracle would he amazing!
