I am trying to set a message from OGL to line managers in HCM? How do set up a custom role in OGL so that it maps to the same role in HCM?

It is my understanding that I can create a custom role in OGL so that guides can be targeted to that same role in HCM Fusion. For example, line manager role in HCM Fusion (LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT) and would like to label the same role in OGL as Line Manager.
