Inspection plan with multiple lines and different users involved

Summary:

This is my scenario to be replicated:

User A: Start the inspection and populate one characteristic of the inspection plan like a global validation (check lot Y/N)

User B: He should recall the previous receipt with Check Lot = Y and populates one attribute for each item

Basically the inspection plan will have one characteristic for the first line, and one characteristic for each quantity to be updated by the User B.

Question 1: Is it possible to save one inspection plan partially completed (only with that CHECk = Y) ?

Question 2: If yes, can the user B save partially the data to be updated? If the receipt has 100 lines, can this user save 30 attribute and the day after to save the othe ones?
