How to modify miscellaneous color settings in Oracle

Have used structures in Oracle Cloud to change the colors of our website. I have absolutely no blue in my settings (attached screenshot)


,but I have a lot of small spots where there is blue lingering. We thought we found the settings in an admin section (see screenshot)

but we still have small blue sections

Can anyone point me in the direction to find these settings?
