External Employee Emails
External employees send an email to Fusion to be able to create an SR.
System automatically detects that the email is for a specific category and assigns them to a specific queue.
Client would want to have a way for external employees (those that are not in the Fusion system) to send an email to fusion and it will be able to recognize that the email is for a specific category.
They would also want to know if it is possible to have the system be able to recognize from what country the sender are from.
These external employees will be using their personal email or another email from the company that they are working from if they are one of their partners.
