Dynamic service connection on FA Extension

Summary:

Hi - I am building FA extension app which has service connection to the same linked environment. Can we have this dynamically based on the environment URL? Like some variable which can be used to configure service connection in case of FA Extension and automatically the base URL will be picked?

One case : currently we are using service connection to SaaS API manually and when saas clone is happening - we need to run build jobs again for lower instance to update service connections URLs.
