Is it possible to split line of PO by using FBDI ? If yes how ?

Summary:

1- Is it possible to split line of PO using FBDI ?

2- I have tried through FBDI using template "ReceivingReceiptImportTemplate" and it get succeeded on load interface and the schedule process of "Manage Receiving Transactions" as well but no impact is visible.
