1)  Skill catalogue – where it is stored or where are the skills that are shown in Grow landing page picked up from

2)  How are the learning topics picked up – What is the logic?

3)  For Jobs, is there AI suggestions or not

4) The competencies shown for the current position of the employee are based on the jobs or career of interest.

5) How is the location suggested in the Job page - location logic / can we add a new parameter in the job page

6) Can a new tab be added on the landing page of grow near to "Excel in your current role" and "Grow your career"
