Prevent the exit from waiting list after a specific date or period of time

Summary:

We would like to set a maximum date by which employees can freely withdraw from the course and give way to those on the waiting list. For example, allow withdrawal within one week of the start of the offer.

This would prevent employees from withdrawing at the last moment (the day before the start of the learning offer), effectively preventing those on the waiting list from being able to participate. This would allow people who are on the waiting list to have time to participate in the offer.

Is it otherwise possible to enter a specific period of time (perhaps a week from the start of the learning offer) in which the waiting list is no longer active? In this way, regularly registered employees can continue to retire, but those on the waiting list are not impacted if the position becomes vacant after the set period.

Howdy, Stranger!
