Area of Responsibility - Supervisor Hierarchy - Top Manager Error: Invalid value:300,000,005,743,782

Hi SMEs,

our client is facing Error: Invalid value: 300,000,005,743,782 when adding Area of Responsibility type Supervisor Hierarchy.

We can see that this worked for example of a Operations Manager in one LE, however Errors out for some other managers.

Steps followed are: My Client Group -> AoR-> search for Manager "Rachel Yong" -> Add

Basic Info: Responsibility Type: personalized option called "APU manager"

Responsibility Scope: Hierarchy Type: Supervisor Hierarchy; Top Manager: "Rachel Yong"

Hierarchy Levels: 99

Once Top Manager : Rachel Young is selected - this gets errored out Error: Invalid value: 300,000,005,743,78

Can you please advise whether you have had experience with this set up and suggest how to proceed.
