Can we split the shipment line for CTO item?

Summary: CTO item is manufactured along with the options to build a big machine. To prepare this machine the supply is created with help of Supply Orders created by Supply Chain Orchestration. As per fusion design the fulfillment line (line# 1) is created for top level model item with options (like line# 1.1, 1.2, ....). Shipment line is created for top level model item (line #1). In current scenario we can do ship confirm only on the top model line only.

Content (required): Business ships the machine prepared as a CTO model on multiple trucks. To ship this big machine it is disintegrated and packed in different boxes and shipped to the end customer in multiple trucks. Client wants to track each truck and report the shipment. How to achieve this in Fusion?
