Summary:

Category based pricing is not available in cloud as of now. In order to have a work around, we want to see how can we have a item category at the strategy assignment level itself.

Business wants to price service requests based on item category.

Item category is hierarchical. There is a need to be able to price at each category level. This should be available when creating a sales order from UI or via a Service Request Parts details page.
