How to write validation at node type to make sure Node Type property value equal to String property

Summary:

we have requirement in which we need to validate 2 property values( 1 is Node type property and another is string) to be same, so we have decided to write validation at node type. due to different property types , we couldn't able to achieve. can anyone suggest solution if any.
