When superior is last level of manager(CEO) in manager hierarchy approval process is getting failed
Summary:
We have added an approval condition that when an offer is sent for approval, it has to go to the line manager for approval. Once the line manager is approved, FYI will go to the line manager's manager.
But, in one case, this case is failing, i.e., when the line manager's manager is the last level of manager in the organization (CEO), there is no one after the CEO level. One seniorio is that when an offer is sent for approval and it fails, the only condition is that the line manager's manager is the CEO (the last level of manager in the organization).
