Anchor note in powerpoint isn't opening with double click! About Narrative Reporting

Hi Everyone!

Talking about (Narratire Rreporting -> Report Package -> Notes -> Comments) in PowerPoint File!

I'm having a problem related to add notes to a report package in narrative report, when i add a note in powerpoint file, the anchor appears but doesn't open to write the comment, I'm following the steps as it's explained in the docs, follow link: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/svpbc/eprcs_comment_post.html#fprcs_90

  1. I opened the report package
  2. I opened review instance (review 01)
  3. I added the comment
  4. The anchor appears but isn't openning by double click.
