I thought this value in Expenditure batch had to be unique per import file.

For example, to avoid capturing what has been captured before.

But when I validate import this file, I was be able to import file that includes same Expenditure Batch as the files imported before.

So I didn't know how to use Expenditure Batch.

Can I set fixed value for all files? If I do, do you know any impact by this?
