Custom measure value from Demand plan is not getting copied to SOP

SOP plan option - Demand Plan measure

If we chose 'From plan' - 'Demand plan' and 'Custom measure' under 'Demand Measure' in SOP plan option, we noticed the forecast quantity available under custom measure is not getting copied for Demand review process.

If we chose the seeded measure in 'Demand Measure' its working as expected

1) Will Oracle Seeded functionality allow to copy the custom measure value?

2) If yes, then can we the possible cause of the issue?
