Is the recent spate of complaints about account hacking actually due to the IDCS changes going on ?

Summary:

As per oracle IDCS will no longer be a standalone service but will be merged into the oci tenancy as a domain. I am wonderign if this process is triggering mail that the admin user and email has been changed ?

Users who previously selected the Direct Sign-In option, should now select the Default identity domain from the updated sign-in page

The tenancy admin used to be a direct login , so obviously something will have to change to make the tenancy admin a member of the default IAM domain
