We are working on RC project with 300K profiles , The Open reconciliation job triggered after open period and create reconciliation is taking 10+ hours. Is there any limitations on number of profiles or seperate set-up required when working with more number of profiles?

Are there any performance tunning set-ups available to tune this. Also i would like to understand why the job is taking this long and what are processes being executed.

10+ Hours is huge time and its difficult for us to carry out performance testing to suggest better solutions.
