Unable to consume FA REST APIs through OAuth

Consume FA REST API using OAuth from OIC.

Content (required):

I want to consume FA REST APIs through my OIC instance and want to enable OAuth authentication for the same. the OIC IDCS and FA IDCS are different, and I followed all the steps as mentioned in the blog : Prerequisites for Creating a Connection (oracle.com).

But still I am getting the error

CASDK-0004: Error while connecting to the URL - https://[FA-POD].oraclecloud.com/soa-infra; Unauthorized [401]Authentication Failure. Please check if the credentials provided are valid.

The OIC IP is whitelisted in the FA LBAC.

Can anyone suggest, how to debug this.
