Hi,

A customer I support has Budgetary Control enabled, so that when they Baseline a Budget via Project Financial Management -> Projects -> Search for Project -> Tasks -> Manage Project Budget:

Then, two related Control Budgets are created automatically, and updated any time the Budget is baselined again:

The problem is summarised by these basic examples:

Example 1

• Budget £10,000
• Raw cost £9,000
• Burdening costs £1,260 (14% of raw cost)
• Project is overspent by £260 but funds check would allow another £1000 spend (budget less raw costs).
