Has anyone got any tips and tricks on how to align the completion certificate properly?

I have the logos, the graphics and it all looks good in Word. But uploaded onto BI and then downloaded as the certifcate results in all the graphics and fields being completely misaligned.

Has anyone got any tips on how I can avoid that?
