What's associated to these Duty/Privilege?

Hi all,

I can't figure out what is associated with this DUTY (View Catalog Learning Item Access) and PRIVILEGE (Manage Catalog Learning Item Access).

I tried to remove them, however I didn't find any change.

the description shown in the screen is not accurate, I cannot identify correctly.

Could you help me with this?
