Promotion approval based on action reason

Summary: We have a requirement for Promotion approval rule based on the Action reason. Can anyone suggest how to setup the Promotion approval rule based on the action reason.

We tried to configure the rule as "((Worker's Current Assignment.result.Business Unit == "Startek Australia") AND (Worker's Current Assignment.result.Action Reason Code == "STK_SECONDMENT"))" but it is not able to pick the action reason.

but can't find "Worker's Proposed Work Relationship.Action reason" option while editing the conditions.
