Increase the word limit of meaning in Manage Common Lookup

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to increase the word limit in the meaning field under common lookup. Or if there is a workaround ?

I need to insert this sentence: I have no problem or concern regarding the employee’s overall conduct and performance in the organisation.
