Person EIT Information to be read-only for Employees and updatable for HR Specialists

Summary:

I have created an HCM Person EIT Information structure (PER_PERSON_EIT_EFF) to capture training history. We would like this structure to be view only for employees, but HR Specialist should have update access.

I need to create a data security policy for our Employee Role using the Data Resource = ‘Person Extra Information’, however I cannot work out which ‘Data set’ and ‘Action’ I should use.

I have logged a similar question in the Applications Security Forum and have not had any response.
