How to create Flat Amount based Timecards in HCM Fusion using REST API

Need to BULK load Flat Amount Timecards using REST API (HDL option is not an option since we need it for Payroll Processing)

Hi All, We have a requirement to BULK LOAD Regular Hour & Flat Amount(Quantity as Other Units) Timecards. We are able to load Regular hours using TimeRecordEventRequest API but for Flat Amount ones are not loading as expected. Our Functional team is able to load Flat Amount ones successfully from UI but every time we try to use the above API using same data, our Timecards gets pushed in as Regular Hours instead of Flat Amount ones. If any of you have done this, kindly let me know through your comments.
